Make Any Mix Vegan

Any of our mixes (excluding regular Sugar Cookie) can be made vegan by replacing the egg with the following:
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

3 tablespoons water
Mix together and let set for a few minutes before placing into Mix. This will replace one egg. Double (2 eggs) or triple (3 eggs) this recipe to replace more then one egg.

Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 Baked Oatmeal Mix

  • 1/2 cup applesauce

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup milk of choice​

  • Optional 1/2 cup (One or more of the following): Chocolate chips, coconut, apples, peaches, cherries, blueberries, raisins, strawberries.

Mix all ingredients together in medium size bowl. For a fluffier oatmeal bake place mixture in 8x8 greased pan and refrigerator overnight. It can be made at time of preparation if needed. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.​

Brownie Mix

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 Brownie Mix

  • 3/4-1 cup water (depending on how thick you want your brownies)

  • 1/2 cup butter/butter alternative or oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Using a medium size bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined then pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients Needed:

Using a 12 ounce mug melt butter for 30 seconds in microwave. Add mix and vanilla. Stir well. Add water. Microwave for 1 minute. Continue microwaving in 10 second bursts until done.

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 Chocolate Cake Mix

  • 1/2 cup melted butter/butter alternative

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup milk of choice

Mix all ingredients except milk in a medium bowl. Add milk slowly and stir until well incorporated. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.

GF Brownie Mix

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 GF Brownie Mix

  • 3/4-1 cup water (depending on how thick you want your brownies)

  • 1/2 cup butter/butter alternative or oil

GF & DF Sugar Cookie Mix

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 GF & DF Sugar Cookie Mix​

  • 1 cup softened coconut butter

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2-3/4 cup full fat coconut milk

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll out mixture on a floured surface then cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes on a greased baking sheet. Add frosting if so desired.

GF Pancake Mug Mix

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 GF Pancake Mug Mix

  • 3 tbsps Milk of Choice

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1 tbsp oil

Add mix to 12 oz mug. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla. Microwave for 1 minute, continue microwaving in 10 second bursts until done.

Add syrup or eat plain.

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter/butter alternaitve

  • Optional (One or more of the following): 1 banana, 1 diced apple, 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup chocolate chips. If adding optional ingredient reduce milk from 1 cup down to 1/2 cup.

Mix all ingredients together in medium size bowl. Bake at 350 degree for 40-45 minutes in a greased loaf pan.

GF Yellow Cake Mix

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 GF Yellow Cake Mix


  • 1/4 cup softened butter/butter alternative


  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • 3 eggs


  • 1 cup milk of choice

Mix all ingredients together in medium size bowl except milk.  Add milk slowly until mix is well combined. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.

Ground Meat Helper Mix

Ingredients Needed

  • 1 Ground Meat Helper Mix

  • 1 pound ground meat

  • 2 cups milk of choice or broth of any kind

  • 1 cup water

  • Optional: 1 cup shredded cheese​ or cheese alternative

Brown meat in a frying pan then add mix, milk/broth, and water. Simmer until noodles are cooked all the way thru. If using cheese stir it in and cook until melted.

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix

  • 1/4 cup softened butter/butter alternative

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup milk of choice

Mix all ingredients together in medium size bowl except milk.  Add milk slowly until mix is well combined. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.

Dairy Free Icing/Frosting

1/2 cup oleo

1/2 cup crisco

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup & 1 tablespoon milk of choice

Mix with mixer until creamy.

Brownie Batter Fudge

Greased 8x8 Pan

1 cup Brownie Mix

1 cup Powdered Sugar

1/2 cup Butter or Butter Alternative diced into small chunks

1/4 cup Milk of Choice

​

In a medium size bowl mix ingredients then microwave for 2 minutes then stir immediately. Once combined pour into 8x8 pan and refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting and serving.
