GF Donut Mix
If you love donuts, but don't love the challenge of finding gluten-free, affordable donuts, this mix is for you! One bag of mix plus a few basic ingredients gives you delicious, gluten-free donuts in less than 30 minutes. Use dairy-free milk and vegan butter and eggs to make this mix vegan!
1 CUP MILK OF CHOICE
1/3 CUP BUTTER OR BUTTER ALTERNATIVE
2 EGGS
2 TSPS VANILLA
PLACE MIX IN BOWL, STIR IN BUTTER UNTIL COARSE MEAL FORMS. THEN HEAT MILK FOR 30 SECONDS AND ADD TO BOWL ALONG WITH EGGS AND VANILLA. BAKE AT 350° FOR 10-15 MINUTES IN GREASED DONUT PANS.
